Returns

• You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging intact.

• Certain items are non-returnable, including digital downloads, event tickets, and custom-made or clearance items (if applicable).

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at store@singlefathersnetwork.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Return Process

• Email store@singlefathersnetwork.com with your order number and reason for return.

• If eligible, you will receive return instructions and a return address.

• You are responsible for paying return shipping unless otherwise specified.

Donations

All donations, whether one-time or recurring, are non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us immediately.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

• Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days within the continental U.S.

• We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping will be announced when available.

Tracking Orders

• All orders include tracking. You can monitor your shipment using the link in your confirmation email.

• If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you have not received the package, please first check with your household members or neighbors before contacting us.

Delays or Issues

• Please note that holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays may impact delivery times.

• If your order is delayed more than 15 business days after shipment, contact us at store@singlefathersnetwork.com for support.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo and your order number, and we will work to make it right.
